House rules

In order to maintain the cleanliness of the home for future guest, we ask that you only eat in the dining room space. We prohibit eating in the living room and bedrooms. We request that you do not drink sodas in the living room and bedroom spaces. Water is permitted to drink throughout the home. This is a non smoking home. You may smoke on the porch or outside. If you smoke inside the property there will be a $250 fine. We ask that you respect the neighbors around you and comply with the 11:00pm quiet time regulation. Please remove the bedding sheets that were used and leave them on the bed prior to your departure. If you have pets, we politely ask they stay off the couches, beds and furniture. If you exit the home and leave your pet in the house, please crate them. Please place all trash in the outside trash bin the day of your departure.

Daniel’s place was perfect for our stay. The home is in a nice neighborhood close to the interstate. Giving very easy access to all that Montgomery has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is very comfortable. It was decorated very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to book again.

Because of hurricane Milton we had to modify our orlando vacation last minute and visit our sis in Montgomery. Daniel was very responsive and his place was in great condition (although I'm a University of Miami fan) I was ok with the auburn theme. Quite neighborhood. Will definitely use again

“We recently stayed at this Montgomery home for my husband’s birthday weekend, and it was a great experience overall. The 3-bedroom house was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our group. The beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having a pool table—it added a fun touch to our stay. The location was also ideal, being close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a decent stay, and we’d consider returning in the future.”

So glad we picked this place to stay while we were in Alabama! Everything was nice and clean. Looked just like the pictures! We had 6 adults and a baby. The house worked great for us. Had enough beds for everyone and good amount of space so we weren’t on top of one an other. Loved sitting outside on the patio with the fenced in back yard where my grandson could play. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Montgomery. Host were very responsive and gave good instructions for check in and how to leave everything when you leave. I will definitely stay here again when in the area! Thank you Daniel for the great place to stay!

Daniel was an amazing host. Very accommodating. I needed an early check in and within minutes he was able to approve. The residence was very well laid out and clean. Location very perfect for where we were going. Highly recommend Daniel’s place!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay! We almost went with a different location, but we're so glad we decided on this home, its really perfect for a family/group. Daniel was super responsive and accommodating to our special request. The home was just as described, the beds/couches/pillows all comfortable, adequate tv's, great kitchen space and plenty of room. The only thing I'd change is maybe to add a few more staple kitchen items such as a toaster, large bowls like for making a salad or mixing, cookie sheet, etc. Overall, it was great, we've already decided that this will be our "home" every time we're in Montgomery.
