Lovely vintage architecturally designed circa 1940s structure, with some more recent remodeled upgrades and additions at the back of the home. The front portion of the home still has the original wood floors that have been refinished to proper specifications. The two bathrooms functioned quite well, with showers that provided good hot water, not luke-warm. We loved the privacy of the back yard. My husband enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in back porch which was appropriately furnished and had a marvelous ceiling fan. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We felt comfortable walking our shih tzu in the early morning hours, as we saw others do the same with their pets. We are happy with our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay!!! The home matched the photos and we felt right at home!!! Not only was Daniel quick to answer any questions he reached out to inquire about my check in and to see if we needed anything further. We will definitely be staying again!!!!

Daniel’s place perfect for our volleyball tournament with our girls. It was plenty big and he even was able to accommodate us with a late checkout due to the schedule of our games. Daniel was very responsive and helpful with any of the needs we had. I appreciated the ease of renting Daniel’s place for our family

We had a fantastic stay! The place was very clean and spacious, much bigger than expected. The backyard was private step up with a cute fire pit. It was stocked with plenty of supplies to make our stay comfortable. Close to downtown and overall a 10/10, a must stay in you’re in the area!

Daniel was a great host! Any question that I had, Daniel responded right away. The house looks just like the pictures and it accommodated our group of 6. We were very close to downtown and enjoyed exploring Montgomery. Thank you for a great stay!

Daniel’s place was the perfect home away from home for our family’s visit to Montgomery. Very spacious and plenty of room for a family. Two full bathrooms was a plus with two sinks in each one. We enjoyed the covered patio and amenities like washer/dryer. Daniel was very responsive and a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend his space. Visited the Tower Tap Room for drinks and Mid-town pizza for a great meal. Thanks again!

We were very happy with our stay. The host made sure instructions were clear and given in timely manner. The shower in the 2nd bathroom was hard to get the water temp to be stable it was either really hot or cold would recommend a new knob for that shower. If you like extra covers/blankets bring them cause there are no extra covers. Very close to Garrett Collisum and a Walmart marketplace. It is an older home but has been upgraded and has a nice feel inside.

Daniel's 4 bedroom home was perfect for my 3 friends and myself. It was comfortable and felt like home. All 4 of us were very happy with the accomodations. The two bathrooms each had 2 sinks, again, just right for 4 of us. Daniel and Xavier, his co-owner, were both very responsive in getting back to us and meeting our needs, and they spontaneously reached out to us on several occasions. Often when looking for a place for a group on Airbnb, I find several that sort of meet our needs, and I then run it by the others in the group. When looking in Montgomery for this trip, Daniel's place was the only one that I considered because it looked absolutely right, and indeed it was in every way.
