We kindly ask that pets remain off the couches, beds, and all furniture. If your pet will be left alone in the house, please crate them. • Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for our neighbors. • In order to maintain the cleanliness of the home for future guests, please only eat in the dining room. Eating in the living room and bedrooms is not permitted. Water is permitted throughout the home; please do not drink sodas in the living room or bedrooms. • Before checkout, please remove used bedding sheets and leave them on the beds. • Please place all trash in the outside trash bin on the day of your departure. • We ask that you treat the home and our neighbors with care and respect during your stay. Rideshare/taxi services operate in the city and are commonly used for short trips. Cycling and walking are feasible for nearby errands but not ideal for longer trips due to suburban street layout. Intercity travel generally uses Montgomery Regional Airport or bus connections; Amtrak passenger rail service is not available directly in Montgomery.
