You can easily reach Alabama State University and Huntington College from this location. It is an ideal spot to experience Montgomery's White Water Rafting or visit the historical/beautiful state capital of Alabama. We are committed to providing you with a pleasant stay. House Rules
In order to maintain the cleanliness of the home for future guest, we ask that you only eat in the dining room space. We prohibit eating in the living room and bedrooms. We request that you do not drink sodas in the living room and bedroom spaces. Water is permitted to drink throughout the home.
This is a non smoking home. You may smoke on the porch or outside. If you smoke inside the property there will be a $250 fine.
We ask that you respect the neighbors around you and comply with the 11:00pm quiet time regulation.
Please remove the bedding sheets that were used and leave them on the bed prior to your departure.
If you have pets, we politely ask they stay off the couches, beds and furniture. If you exit the home and leave your pet in the house, please crate them.
Please place all trash in the outside trash bin the day of your departure.
