We kindly ask that pets stay off couches, beds, and all furniture. If you will leave your pet alone in the house, please crate them. • Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for our neighbors. • To help maintain the cleanliness of the home for future guests, please only eat in the dining room. Eating in the living room and bedrooms is not permitted. Water is allowed throughout the home; please do not drink sodas in the living room or bedrooms. • Before checkout, please remove any used bedding sheets and leave them on the beds. • Please place all trash in the outside trash bin on the day of your departure. • We ask that you treat the home and our neighbors with care and respect during your stay.
