In order to maintain the cleanliness of the home for future guest, we ask that you only eat in the dining room space. We prohibit eating in the living room and bedrooms. We request that you do not drink sodas in the living room and bedroom spaces. Water is permitted to drink throughout the home. This is a non smoking home. You may smoke on the porch or outside. If you smoke inside the property there will be a $500 fine. We ask that you respect the neighbors around you and comply with the 11:00pm quiet time regulation. Please remove the bedding sheets that were used and leave them on the bed prior to your departure. If you have pets, we politely ask they stay off the couches, beds and furniture. If you exit the home and leave your pet in the house, please crate them. Please place all trash in the outside trash bin the day of your departure.

Lovely vintage architecturally designed circa 1940s structure, with some more recent remodeled upgrades and additions at the back of the home. The front portion of the home still has the original wood floors that have been refinished to proper specifications. The two bathrooms functioned quite well, with showers that provided good hot water, not luke-warm. We loved the privacy of the back yard. My husband enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in back porch which was appropriately furnished and had a marvelous ceiling fan. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We felt comfortable walking our shih tzu in the early morning hours, as we saw others do the same with their pets. We are happy with our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay!!! The home matched the photos and we felt right at home!!! Not only was Daniel quick to answer any questions he reached out to inquire about my check in and to see if we needed anything further. We will definitely be staying again!!!!
